LUXE BUSINESS PARTNERS INC. ACQUIRES IVERSON & COMPANY
Acquisition led by M&A brokerage firm, Calder Capital, LLC
The transaction sale of Iverson & Company to Luxe Business Partners Inc. closed on June 9th, 2023. Founded in 1931, Iverson & Company is a premiere machine tool sales, service and remanufacturing company headquartered in Des Plaines, IL. Effective immediately, DeJuan Lever will become President & Chief Executive Officer previously held by Terry Iverson – a machine tool veteran with over 42 years’ experience and third generation leader for the family-owned company.
DeJuan Lever is the principal at holding company, Luxe Business Partners, Inc. He is a sales & marketing and supply chain management professional with twenty years of work experience among globally competitive and diverse businesses. His high-impact accomplishments include activities among the industrial, oil & gas, automotive and agricultural markets. He is a proven leader and sales professional responsible for transforming and influencing buying decisions at global organizations along with vigorous experience in operations.
DeJuan brings to Iverson work experience among sales, supply chain and operations at General Motors, Eaton Corporation, LORD Corporation, IMI plc, Diesel Radiator Co. and Metalex, LLC. At these companies, DeJuan had commercial and key account management responsibility among Fortune 500 companies for both the sales & marketing and procurement functions.
DeJuan holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University, executive MBA from Purdue University, and executive education from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. His philanthropic devotion to the city of Chicago includes the Board of Directors at Breakthrough Urban Ministries and Council Member at Manufacturing Renaissance.
